The cave-aged beer is flowing! 280 cases of Ommegang Brewery's Hennepin and 40 cases of Three Philosphers were recently tucked away in the caverns to age until the fall of 2005. Cave Aged Hennepin won the Gold Medal award at last year's Great American Beer Festival.
