Welcome to Howe Caverns... We are open every day 9AM to 6PM.... GO UNDERGROUND... the temperature is always 52 degrees, the coolest place to be in New York this time of the year! Our guided tours take one hour and twenty minutes. After your tour try out our gemstone mining and geode cutting. Stop in our Sweet Shop for our homemade fudge, truffles and a cup of Starbucks coffee. Our Cafe is open with a fine selection of deli sandwichs, paninis, pizza, hot dogs, ice cream and much more. We have quite a collection of souvenirs and gifts in our Gift Shop. Stay overnight at our motel with an outdoor pool.

Not everything to do at Howe Caverns is 156 feet underground. You'll find gemstone mining and geode cutting at the Howe Caverns Mining Company, dining in the Cafe, assorted candy, homemade fudge, truffles and Starbucks Coffee in the Sweet Shop, gifts and souvenirs in the Gift Shop and AAA-rated accommodations at the Howe Caverns Motel.
