Meet Kevin and Dominic

Meet Kevin and Dominic, from Long Island and Summit, New York. These two fellas have shared a friendship spanning over 30 years, one that began the very day Dominic moved to New York. At the time, life wasn’t easy for him. He arrived with little to his name, no father figure to guide him, and uncertain about what was ahead. However, through determination and resilience, Dominic turned his life around. Over the years, he built a successful carpentry business and created a stable, fulfilling life for himself.

Their meeting was purely coincidental. Kevin happened to need work done on his home, and Dominic was the one to do it. What began as a simple job quickly sparked a friendship that has lasted for decades.

Kevin and Dominic have shared countless experiences together. Today they visited Howe. Both were struck by the sheer beauty and scale of the cave, amazed by nature’s ability to create something so vast and breathtaking.

Recently, Kevin reached an impressive milestone. He published a book after three years of work titled, “The System of 100 Days.” The book serves as a guide for young adults, focusing on self-betterment, communication skills, and personal growth. It outlines a one hundred day journey centered on improving yourself by 1% each day. Kevin introduces a method he calls “the child, the dragon, and the avatar,” emphasizing that discovering your life’s purpose is key to becoming your best self.

When asked, “What is something about yourselves that people might be shocked to know?” Kevin shared that he once spent three months in a forest in Germany, living in complete silence for meditation! Dominic, on the other hand, said that he doesn’t work for the money. He does it for the joy he sees on people’s faces.

A message they’d like to share with the world comes from Kevin’s former sensei, and fittingly, it also plays a major role in his book:“If it is to be, it is up to me.”

Thank you both for visiting, your wisdom, and for the great conversation
