Meet Bob from Long Beach, New York

This eternally happy soul is currently knocking items off his bucket list, and a visit to Howe Caverns, was one of them. At 72 years old, he has retired from 20 years of delivering your favorite Entenmann’s treats. He says his secret to living a happy life is, “having a small inner circle of people that I make sure to make smile every day. Even if it’s just a quick text with some silly Dad joke. Every morning I wake up I thank the universe that I get one more day to be on this wild adventure called life. Then I try to show love to everyone I encounter on my journey.” If he could tell the world one thing it would be, “Gratitude changes everything. Don’t be afraid of kindness and love. It’s a currency.
