Meet Cheryl & Jerry from Queens, NY

They were both born and raised in the same city in China Cheryl went to college for building engineering. Jerry went to college for finance. The couple has lived in the United States for 12 years. While living in China, one of Cheryl’s friends had recommended Jerry as someone who could fix her computer. After helping her, they became good friends. Jerry pursued her for a very long time. Cheryl said, “Jerry is very shy. He pursued me in a very a kind and gentle way. When I needed things, such as if I was ill, he would bring me things that I needed and would take care of me.” They have known each other for 26 years and have been married for 25. They have a 24-year-old daughter who will be graduating this summer with her masters in finance. Jerry said, “My favorite thing about Cheryl is that she is not only lovely on the outside but her true beauty lies within. She is gentle, kind and she always treats me with respect.” Cheryl said, “My favorite thing about Jerry is that he is kind and gentle to me, as well. He is always looking ahead to fill a need and doesn’t wait for me to ask. He is incredibly thoughtful.” The one thing the couple wants to tell the world is, “Love.
