Meet friends, Kory & Marna

They met in 1999 and the magic of Facebook has kept them connected over the years. They finally met up today after not seeing each other for 23 yrs.! Marna is originally from Albany, New York State’s capital. She lived in California for some time before returning to Albany to focus on teaching yoga and working with CEO’s on stress management/reduction and burn out prevention. She is very proud of having built a successful small business from the ground up. Over time, it has blossomed into a beautiful company that has helped many people. Kory is a talented commercial welder from Binghamton, who has built components for Tesla vehicles and the Amazon distribution facility. He enjoys motorcycle riding. He even once made the trip to Sturgis, South Dakota, was there for only three hours, and then drove 1600 miles back home! He prefers to go on smaller jaunts (within a distance of 2 hrs), like he did today, to visit Howe Caverns with Marna.

“We both take pieces of things and make them whole,” Marna said when referring to one of the great things that Marna and Kory have in common. Another thing that they have in common is that they both loved their cave tour! They enjoyed a delicious lunch after and were very impressed by the jaw-dropping view of the scenic Helderberg Plateau from the cafe windows. While visiting, Marna discovered that we offer cave yoga in our Howe fitness program. You might even be able to catch one a cave yoga class with her this summer! Thank you for visiting, Marna & Kory!
