Meet Kristen and Dan, uncle-and-niece duo

Meet Kristen and Dan, uncle-and-niece duo visiting from Pennsylvania. Dan’s journey took him from growing up in Staten Island to living in Middleburgh, New York. Kristen, meanwhile, spent years making annual trips to Howe with her mom and cousin; a tradition that meant so much to them both. Although her cousin sadly passed away a few years ago, she honors his memory by wearing an acorn urn necklace and revisiting the places they once explored together. This was Dan’s first visit, and Kristen was especially excited to return, particularly for the famous “mouse story” she remembered from childhood. She even shared a personal twist. When she first heard the story, she had a pet mouse of her own at the time, which led to recurring nightmares. Laughing, she admitted those dreams still come back every time she visits, even now.

After the tour, Kristen and Dan treated themselves to some delicious fudge and picked out a pair of panties from our new “Blown Away” collection. Thank you both so much for visiting!
