Meet Ben, from London

Meet Ben, from London An actor known for his animation voice-over work on the Oscar-winning WALLACE & GROMIT, Ben is used to following a script. But here, at the end of his four-day vacation, he said, “I’m making it up as I go.”

“I heard the landlady where I was staying recommend Howe Caverns to a couple of other guys,” said Ben, who’s meeting family nearby this evening. With a few options on how to spend his last day, he added, “I definitely made the right decision!”

Sometimes, it’s the little choices that make all the difference. Ben studied drama in Liverpool and landed the WALLACE & GROMIT gig after a friend clued him on the audition.

“Keep plugging away and when an opportunity comes up, you take it,” he said.

He’s visited the U.S. before, but never our corner here by Howe Caverns. Tomorrow night, he’ll be flying back across the pond. Any parting words?

“‘Stay together’ is what’s hit me about this little trip,” he said thoughtfully. “We gotta [make the choice to] unite the States again. That’s why I come here. It’s a great country.”

Thank you so much for visiting!
