Meet Nicole & Tyler from Coldbrook, NY

Ten years ago (3/21/15) they were married on our magical calcite heart They were Howe Caverns’ Wedding n°668. Thirteen years ago (3/21/12), they were both out at a local pub. Nicole saw Tyler from across the room and was immediately curious. She went home, found him on social media, and reached out to him. He became curious as well and asked her to meet him out for a drink. The rest is history from there. (If you were paying attention, you caught that their wedding date is the same as the anniversary date of the day they met )They are a blended family and have two children together. The hardest part of their relationship is parenting their five very busy children and making time for each other as a couple. Lately they’ve been focusing more on carving out time for each other. As parents, it can be easy to have parental guilt when we put our own needs above our childrens’ needs. Nicole and Tyler have realized that for them to be able to help, support, and nurture their family, they need to love and support each other first. They recently escaped to Las Vegas on an adventure date. It was their first adventure date in very long time. Tyler said, “My favorite thing about Nicole is her drive to always succeed. Whenever she puts her mind to something, she accomplishes it. Also, I love her smile.” Nicole said, “My favorite thing about Tyler is his corny sense of humor. He has the best Dad Jokes and keeps us all laughing.” The one thing they want to tell the world is, “Never ever give up hope. There truly is someone out there for everyone. Sometimes you’ve got to kiss a few frogs before you find your prince.” Tyler & Nicole, Happy Anniversary!
